Crockpot BBQ Beef Brisket

Unfortunately I don't have a pic to put up of this recipe as I can't ever get it to the table before it disappears!  I hope you enjoy it.

1-4 to 5 lb beef brisket
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 TBS liquid smoke
1/4 C and 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C Commercial bbq sauce

Trim fat off of the brisket and place in crockpot.  Blend all ingredients together including bbq sauce.  Pour over brisket and cook on high for 1 hour then turn to low for 8 hours.  Drain off the fat and add extra bbq sauce if you desire.  This brisket is mouth watering and tender.  A great southern entree.
